Newport offers as is and without warranty downloadable software in the form of CAD readable DXF and IGES format files as well as software drivers for our instruments and motion controllers written in various programming languages. While Newport makes every effort to keep these files accurate and error free, they are for use at your own risk and by downloading these files you agree that in no event shall Newport or its suppliers be held liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials, even if Newport has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Also be advised that the graphical representations of product drawings presented on this website depict nominal dimensions which have manufacturing tolerances associated with them.
